Each year, Rock Ledge Ranch raises two pigs and then slaughters them in front of a paying audience.  They claim this barbaric demonstration is for educational purposes to demonstrate life in the 1800s, but we know that education can be accomplished without inhumanely slaughtering animals.

We are asking that the annual slaughter of pigs by Rock Ledge Ranch be stopped immediately.  Instead, education can be provided through video, photograph, and story-telling. 

This petition will be provided to Mayor Mabolade of Colorado Springs and the owner of Rock Ledge Ranch
