N.Y. Thoroughbred Breeder arrested for 35 Counts of Animal Cruelty

58,148 Supporters of "STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y." are waiting for Paul Czajka, District Attorney Columbia County, N.Y. and James Carlucci, ADA assigned to prosecute this serious Animal Cruelty case to certify with the Court the case known as The People of New York v. Andrea Nussinow, charged with 35 counts of animal cruelty involving 38 animals, including 20 Thoroughbred horses, and 12 known dead animals is ready  for trial.

Will the Authorities and Racing Industry protect the Racehorses and  demand the prosecution of all Offenders that violate Federal and State laws prohibiting Animal Cruelty, or will they choose to protect the Animal Abusers, and allow the ongoing injuring, torturing, starving and deaths of racehorses and other animals by "bad apples" in the industry ?

Only time will tell if Paul Czajka, District Attorney decides to protect the Thoroughbred racehorses, or protect Animal Abusers.
