Paul Czajka, DA the Public is waiting for you to file a criminal summons

It's been almost one year since the New York State Police Troopers arrested Andrea Nussinow: Blue Star Thoroughbred Breeding Farm for a second time for multiple counts of Animal Cruelty.

54,500 Supporters of "STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, New York" are waiting for Paul Czajka, DA to file a criminal summons against Andrea Nussinow: owner/operator of Blue Star Thoroughbred Farm located in Columbia County, NY. for 35 counts of Animal Cruelty.

On 3/17/20 the New York State Police arrested Nussinow for 35 counts of animal cruelty, with 12 dead animals including a Thoroughbred Broodmare.

The NYSP Press Release and selected photo do not tell the whole story. The 38 neglected animals were seized from Andrea Nussinow: owner/operator of Blue Star Thoroughbred Breeding Farm in Columbia County, New York.

Twenty (20) of the 38 neglected animals seized by the police were New York Bred Thoroughbred racehorses rescued by the Police, with the help of NYS Veterinarians, Godspeed Horse Hostel, and numerous volunteers. Several of the malnourished young Thoroughbred horses seized from Nussinow were found in filthy stalls, and showed signs of stunted growth, malnourishment, and experienced difficulty standing and walking.
