N.Y. Thoroughbred Breeder arrested for 35 counts of Animal Cruelty

There are no more words that need to be spoken about the ongoing failure of the District Attorney's Office in Columbia County, New York to  enforce the laws against Animal Cruelty.

Yes, it's officially Groundhog Day in Columbia County folks, and the Animal Abuse & Neglect will never stop, thanks to Paul Czajka, DA. who has allowed these heinous crimes committed against Thoroughbred racehorses, and other animals to continue for the past seven years without any prosecution.

The Animal Abuser has been allowed to injure, torture, and starve, and kill dozens of animals due to the connivance of the authorities in Columbia County, starting at the top.
