ONE YEAR later Paul Czajka, District Attorney of Columbia County, N.Y. has not prosecuted case.

January 2, 2020: Multiple agencies "raided" Blue Star Thoroughbred Breeding Farm and removed 38 horses and animals, including several neglected Thoroughbred Broodmares, and their young.

Thanks to the New York State Police Trooper's, assisted by Godspeed Horse Hostel of Dutchess County, N.Y. and several volunteers saved dozens of starving and severely neglected animals. All the animals were taken to Godspeed Horse Hostel, a Non Profit 501c3 to begin the long road to recovery. Sadly, six ( 6 ) animals were humanely euthanized due to extensive emaciation and other medical issues to end their suffering.

On 3/17/20, New York State Police Trooper's arrested Andrea Nussinow: owner/operator of Blue Star Thoroughbred Breeding Farm for 35 counts of " injuring, torturing, and starving" the animals, including young Thoroughbred racehorses. Nussinow was previously arrested for Animal Cruelty on 7/4/17 for eleven (11) counts of Animal Neglect. Eight ( 8 ) for 8 emaciated horses COUNTS: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and three COUNTS: 9,10,11 for 29 horses, 1 donkey, and 2 ponies left without water on a ninety degree day, including seven (7) Thoroughbred broodmares, and 3 foals in a hot barn.

Strangely, the Prosecution dismissed COUNTS: 1,6,7,8,9,10,11 all neglected Thoroughbreds owned by Nussinow and a private boarder, and 4 emaciated horses personally owned by Nussinow so a false "rescue defense" could survive which caused a NO BILL vote, and a 15 million dollar false arrest lawsuit filed by Nussinow against the same people that "botched" the Grand Jury Hearing.

So now 50,350 Supporters of "STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, N.Y." have two related cases to watch.
