How to "fix" a Grand Jury for a NEW YORK Thoroughbred Breeder after being arrested two times by the New York State Police for Animal Cruelty since 2017. 46 total charges: "injuring, torturing, starving" the Thoroughbred mares, foals, and other animals. 12 dead animals, 23 missing horses, 1 dead Thoroughbred mare, and 1 dead Thoroughbred foal.
How the Grand Jury was “TRICKED” into voting NO BILL on Nussinow’s eleven (11) Animal Cruelty charges in violation of NYGAM Article 26 Section 353 from arrest 7/4/17 by NYSP Troopers.
Dismiss the four ( 4 ) emaciated horses, including COUNT # 8, brown pony in EXTREME EMACIATION Nussinow, a New York Thoroughbred Breeder personally owned listed in the NYSP arrest record: COUNTS: 1,6,7,8
Dismiss all 32 horses, personally owned by Nussinow, and a private boarder in COUNT 9,10,11 " failing to provide sustenance" to 32 horses, including 7 Thoroughbred mares, and 3 foals left confined in a hot barn, and two paddocks on a 90-degree day without any water.
DO NOT tell the Grand Jury about COUNTS: 9,10,11, or 32 Thoroughbred mares, foals and other horses were deprived of water confined in a hot barn, including young Thoroughbred foals.
DO NOT tell the Grand Jurors the "Rescue Horses" used as a defense were neglected and starved "after" 7/4/17 and "before and after" the Grand Jury Hearing 12/16/17. In other words, the Grand Jury in our opinion were intentionally misled to benefit Nussinow to change the outcome of a Grand Jury Hearing by Omission of Facts, and Incomplete Evidence given to the Grand Jury by the Prosecution by excluding the neglected Thoroughbreds, and other horses personally owned by Nussinow and a private boarder, to allow Nussinow's " rescue defense" to survive.
2nd ARREST 3/17/20: Nine ( 9 ) months later, Paul Czajka, District Attorney of Columbia County, N.Y. has not prosecuted Nussinow for 35 counts of " injuring, torturing, starving" the animals after the New York State Police Troopers " seized" 38 severely neglected animals 1/2/20 with the help of Godspeed Horse Hostel and numerous Volunteers trying to save the animals lives. Sadly, one ( 1) Thoroughbred broodmare has since died, and eleven ( 11 ) other severely emaciated and sick animals.
What will it take for Paul Czajka, District Attorney in Columbia County, N.Y. to prosecute Nussinow, a Thoroughbred Breeder arrested two times by the NYSP since 2017 for multiple counts of Animal Cruelty, with an incomplete prosecution during the Grand Jury 12/17, and NO PROSECUTION in 2020 for the most recent arrest 3/17/20 for 35 counts of Animal Cruelty with a dozen dead animals ?
What will it take to get justice for the animals and to protect the Community in Columbia County, N.Y ? A third, fourth, or fifth arrest ? Maybe 36 dead animals ? Perhaps 100 more complaints filed by the Public ? WHAT WILL IT TAKE ?
