Dismiss all 32 horses, personally owned by Nussinow, and a private boarder in COUNT 9,10,11 " failing to provide sustenance" to 32 horses, including 7 Thoroughbred mares, and 3 foals left confined in a hot barn, and two paddocks on a 90-degree day without any water. DO NOT tell the Grand Jury about COUNTS: 9,10,11, or 32 Thoroughbred mares, foals and other horses that were deprived of water, especially the little Thoroughbred foals.

Don't tell the Grand Jury CGHS and the DA did not additionally charge or re-arrest Nussinow for being in Contempt of Court 10/2017.
Do not tell the Grand Jury one Thoroughbred mare named “Binky” has been MISSING since 2015, last seen alive at Blue Star Thoroughbred Breeding Farm. DON'T tell the Grand Jury the owner of BINKY is still looking for the mare which was likely sold, or sadly killed.
REWARD $ 1,000 dollar reward is being offered for the safe return of Binky, and the arrest and conviction of the horse thief. Binky, a dark Thoroughbred mare last seen alive at Blue Star Thoroughbred Breeding Farm in 2015.

All accomplished by misusing the "secrecy" of a Grand Jury to exonerate a sadistic New York Thoroughbred Breeder, promise a Holiday gift stuffed with crisp greenbacks, compliments of the County of Columbia, CGHS, and their Insurance Carriers, all done with a nod and a wink from some New York Thoroughbred members still proud to call Nussinow, a fellow New York Thoroughbred Breeder.
More disturbing is some New York Thoroughbred Breeding Farms are well aware of Nussinow's arrest by the NYSP 3/17/20 for 35 counts of Animal Neglect, and previously 7/4/17 for 11 counts of Animal Neglect, and yet they continued to accept her Thoroughbred mares to be bred by their NY Bred registered stallions, allowed an Arabian mare to be bred for "free" to a NY Bred Stallion, and sell or "donate" more Thoroughbred brood mares for breeding. Does anybody see any moral responsibility here ? Have any N.Y. TB Breeder's seen the picture below of the future racehorse ?
