N.Y. Thoroughbred Breeder arrested for 35 counts of Animal Cruelty

New York State Police Press Release 3/17/20:
Clermont, New York – On March 17, 2020, the New York State Police in conjunction with the Columbia County District Attorney’s Office arrested Andrea Nussinow, age 57, of Clermont, for thirty-five counts of Agriculture and Markets Law section 353 the overdriving, torturing and injuring animals, and/or failure to provide proper sustenance, an unclassified misdemeanor.
44, 206 Supporters of “STOP the Animal Neglect in Columbia County, New York” would like to thank the New York State Troopers for arresting Andrea Nussinow, charged with 35 counts of Animal Cruelty, Godspeed Horse Hostel for taking in and caring for all the sick, neglected and dying animals "seized" by the NYSP 1/2/20 at Blue Star Thoroughbred Breeding Farm, and all the Volunteers that helped !
The New York State Police, the Public, and all the Volunteers have done their jobs, now the People are waiting for Paul Czajka, District Attorney in the County of Columbia to prosecute this Animal Cruelty case.
