My name is Christie Little, and I live near the proposed site of the AI Data campus, which is being planned for the 350-acre parcel of land north of Ile Des Chênes, between Hwy 405 and Mondor Road. This is not just a piece of land; it's our home, our community, and our future at stake.

The construction and operation of this massive AI Data campus threatens to bring significant negative impacts to our tranquil lives. The anticipated air pollution from turbines, & back up generators, constant noise pollution from the humming of the 24/7 facility operations, and light pollution will drastically disrupt our daily lives. Not to mention, this development jeopardizes the preservation of our precious farmland, a cornerstone of our local economy and environmental health.

The employment opportunities are short lived and only during construction phase.

Moreover, the extreme power demands of this facility will burden our local infrastructure, potentially leading to increased energy costs for residents and putting pressure on our local resources. We cannot afford to let our community bear the environmental and economic costs of this development.

This area is cherished for its natural beauty and agricultural. Allowing such a large-scale industrial development would not only alter our landscape irreparably but also set a precedent for future developments that disregard the well-being of local communities and the environment.
