Still stuck at 20 Signatures.

I still have only 20 signatures on this petition despite the fact that I have shared and retweeted it many times. I need to reach 500,000. Please help me stop this proposed development from destroying the Chinatown neighborhood of Center City Philadelphia. I need all the support that I can get.
