The HOA has decided to repave our streets with a $1 million price tag—far exceeding our reserves. The construction company, JB Bostick, confirmed the cost, broken into 3 phases, with demo day set for 10/14/24. Homeowners will be forced to cover the bill, yet the process has been entirely non-transparent, and few seem aware or in favor of it.

CC&Rs (HOA rules) require the HOA to obtain majority community approval and they have failed to do that.
