Stagecoach bus company has announced that it intends to change the Citi 4 bus route substantially, cutting out service from Hardwick/Madingley into Cambridge as of 30 October. This comes at short notice and with no warning. 

This will have a huge impact on many residents of the villages no longer on the proposed route. Many of us rely on the bus to get to work, nursery, college etc. No other public transport options are available. 

Without the bus, people will struggle to get around. Anyone who doesn't drive, children and the elderly, will have no ready means of travel. People will become more isolated and less able to work, while also losing an environmentally-friendly means of travel.

In addition to changing the Citi 4 route, Stagecoach are cutting no less than 18 bus services and altering many others. Please sign and share this petition to make sure voices against this move are heard. Thank you.
