Nestle is currently facing a boycott for numerous reasons such as:

• Being one of the most pollutant companies in history
• Pumping water from drought ridden areas
• Child labor in their cocoa production process
• Selling baby formula with large amounts of addictive sugars to third world countries while selling sugar free versions in countries like the USA and UK

Nestle includes brands such as Milo, Maggie, KitKat, Sunkist, and San Pellegrino, many of which can be found in our school kitchen and vending machines. At a school like SSSC, we stand for equality and change, which is not currently being reflected in our schools choice to partner with this brand to supply our food. Help make change and supply better, more sustainable and humane choices for students at swinny.
