We, the undersigned residents of unincorporated Arnold Do hereby petition the Missouri Department of Transportation to install a two-way Stop Sign at the intersection of Hillcrest and Londell. We need to slow the speed of traffic and protect our neighbors from the dangerous blind spots on both sides of the hill.
