We are working to stop this development for good—and that is a deliberate play on words. Forever: We are here to ensure this threat to our valley is stopped permanently, not just delayed. The Greater Good: We are fighting for the good of the residents, the good of the Tribe, the good of the land, and the good of the animals that call this place home. Why Independence Matters The CAB is a Control Mechanism: Because they are appointed by the County, they are restricted by government protocols. They cannot sue the County or the developer. Joining them effectively silences your legal rights. Ultimate Legal Power: As an independent coalition, we have the freedom to take direct legal action. We can file class-action lawsuits and challenge regulatory failures (NRS violations) without seeking "permission" from the government. Strategic Strength: While the CAB is forced to "collaborate" with the developer, we are strategically positioned to protect our water and national security through the law.
