Women are affected by this because it limits their rights to speak since power has a huge role in Sexual Harassment.If this stays more people will get Sexually Harassed and more people can become traumatized but if this goes away more people will be able to work without worrying about sexual appeals.Now is the time to act because people in the DOE are getting sexually harassed and that's a problem since they run schools.
