Pima County let's work together to remove Jeffery T Bergin as presiding judge of Pima County Superior Court. He is known in the community for his outright incompetence to maintain a trustworthy approach to the justice system. He lets judges mock the law and courtrooms and does not put integrity to the judge's code of conduct. Jeffrey T Bergin lets everyone run Superior court & give him orders, He is a puppet who is not only disrespecting the court, the law but most importantly the public & our community here in Pima County. He lets imbeciles like Greg Sakall, Gilbert Rosales jr, Deborah Bernini, Javier Chon-Lopez, and the list goes on. He lets these sad excuses of judges make personal life-changing decisions no matter who gets hurt or killed in the process, These judges play god with our children and others who are facing criminal matters. These judges who ruined their own lives and their children's lives are now making personally biased decisions that they wish they could have done no matter what the consequences are. Judge Greg Sakall, Scott Rash, and Commissioner Deborah Pratte refused to follow the law, and concerned parents and family refused to listen and a 10-year-old was murdered in cold blood. The carelessness, incompetence, power-hungry, and ignorance of these judges thinking they can play god or matchmaker because of their own personal beliefs is destroying our families our communities but most importantly our young children and women who are being abused by others and when speaking out they get abused by the "men" who are supposed to protect them but use the justice system to punish women who speak out and advocate for their selves or children. No one should be abused physically, mentally, or verbally especially not by our justice system, especially our judges! Jeffery T Bergin allows this horrible behavior and misconduct and he should be held accountable for allowing the Abuse, the black-mail, incompetence, and the shameful way of running Pima County Superior Court. These judges make a mockery of our justice system and our judicial hearings and give the public no trust in the judicial system. We as families, communities, and people from Pima County should support and work together because this could be you tomorrow for 3 weeks or 3 years this could be your mom, your family, your daughters, etc... Let's have our elected public servants stop violating our rights, and stop harassing & abusing us for advocating. Please sign the petition to hold them accountable and removed them from the bench to bring COMPETENT, RESPECTFUL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE JUDGES into our courts. Jeffrey T Bergin continues to ignore truth and accountability and does not hold commissioners appointed to him accountable after they discriminate and ignore public concerns of usurping activities of our justice system in Pima County!
