Relic Delta will greatly impact players in the lower levels of gac who are f2p. Why will it impact people in the lower levels of gac who are f2p, because Relic Delta will stop f2p players from punching up at all. For example in an average match of carbonite you might be at 2mil gp and your opponent will be at 5mil from buying lsb's but you can still punch up because your mods are way better, Relic Delta will remove this from happening. Relic Delta will make punching up in gac way harder and make it almost impossible for new players to do anything in gac. So please, I implore everyone to do everything they can to stop this from getting implemented because it will destroy f2p forever.
