This concerns the Constitutional and Human Rights of all private school clients in Taiwan.

In 2016, the Taiwan government enacted a law to protect private school clients from foreign criminals.  All foreign teachers must submit a criminal record check to their schools.  The schools must submit the criminal record check of foreign teachers to the local office of The Ministry Of Labor.  There is currently no oversight, no inspection, no follow-up, and, a complete lack of adherence to the law.  The law is designed to protect the safety of all private school clients after one student committed suicide following sexual abuse by a convicted foreign sex offender.

Complaints to the Tainan City (Taiwan) municipal government are ongoing.  For over one year, prosecutors and Ministry of Labor officials refused to follow the written law.  Included is a document that describes exactly the extent to which the Taiwan government allows the Constitutional human rights violation to continue: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SI0DntF77DDGBDg3uq_Psfhu7rxk1vpg/view?usp=sharing

The public announcement is a plea for help.  Please help end the condoned fraudulent activities of private schools in Taiwan.
