You are directly allowing this story to endanger the international reputation of Taiwan
This is an explanation of a real-life story with a life of its own. One of several outcomes of this story will be to establish Miracle U, the only official university in the world to graduate unbiased licensed teachers of the book A Course In Miracles, ACIM.
The FFIP, the current copyright holder of ACIM, currently available in 26 languages and read by more than 3 million worldwide, asked for information about the university. This email explains one of several ways in which the new university will come to fruition.
Taiwan currently protects 9 dissidents from mainland China, on human rights grounds. The Taiwan Association Of Human Rights has the ability to promote Taiwan as the foremost Human Rights country in the world. TAHR will miss this opportunity and assist in the destruction of the international reputation of Taiwan if it does not act. It will be an awesome blunder if news circulates that TAHR is exclusively targeting mainland China. TAHR must assist Mr. Helmerichs with this legitimate request of asylum on religion discrimination grounds from Canada. Mainland China will surely love the opportunity to make a public mockery of TAHR, and further deface the quickly diminishing reputation of the Taiwan government, if TAHR insists on stupor.
In 2012, Rene Helmerichs began a story to win the Nobel Peace Prize. In time we learn to work together for the same universal goal of global sustainability.
In Canada, Mr. Helmerichs challenged a church about meaning of the three-letter word God. The argument quickly involved psychiatrists. City Of Barrie, Ontario, police arrested Mr. Helmerichs on 3 Sept 2012 after a Mormon minister and former treasurer approached police with false accusations of child abuse and criminal (sex-related) harassment. Police added suspicion of making bombs, and imprisoned the college teacher without the ability of a public trial to prove innocence.
Mr. Helmerichs only insisted that we all already share the same one eternal mind. There was never any threat, certainly no harm, definitely no child abuse or criminal harassment, or anything remotely related to making bombs, except perhaps this bomb of a news story.
Ten psychiatrists in Canada believe that Mr. Helmerichs is severely mentally diseased.
The first psychiatrist, Mr. Liaqat Ali, accused Mr. Helmerichs, on 4 Sept 2012 at the exceedingly large (by international standards) Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, of implying that Mr. Helmerichs is God. Certainly the statement is as true today as it was on 4 Sept 2012, however, Mr. Ali's unjustified discrimination arose only because Mr. Ali wrongly believed that Mr. Helmerichs implied Mr. Ali is not also God. Mr. Ali is Muslim.
Since the eternal mind of Christ is limitless, or the eternal true Allah, since any limitless concept is by definition singular and therefore always the same, it follows that our individual perspectives are each intimately an extension of just one same confused thought which had entered our one mind before concept of time exploded outward to express the confusion in ceaselessly oscillating endless waveforms. Therefore, you are Gods over your own realities in the exact same way as every other part. Put another way, we needn't fear the making of what we call artificial intelligence since our bodies are already nothing more than the complex machines an artificially intelligent being could make of itself with the best resources previously at hand.
After three years of wrongful imprisonment, forced medical treatments, and arguing with prosecutors about the fact that Canadian law allows psychiatrists to act as judge, jury and executions of law following malicious (=wrongful) criminal arrests, Mr. Helmerichs voluntarily fled Canada. The agreement was made in Criminal Court at Barrie on 16 Oct 2015, case file C-14-6966.
Mr. Helmerichs came to Taiwan on 30 Dec 2015.
Mr. Helmerichs quickly began asking for help to restore his reputation in Canada. It wasn't until later 2016 that Taiwan established the written legal foundation to allow Mr. Helmerichs to continue his story publicly. The Taiwan government enacted Article 9 of the Supplementary Education Act which requires all foreign teachers to submit a criminal record check from police in the respective home countries.
In 2017, Mr. Helmerichs asked a large private school for help. The head office of Kidsland Sesame Street English in Tainan City, Taiwan, agreed. Sesame Street English managers knowingly hired Mr. Helmerichs after Mr. Helmerichs told the school that he spent several years in prison in Canada. The names of managers and evidence of Taiwanese judicial malpractice are included in the 288-page book linked below.
The school decided to circumvent the law. Managers removed the criminal record check obligation from the two-year teaching contract on 26 May 2017, following the 20 May 2017 meeting in which Mr. Helmerichs verbally attempted to provide a complete recount of this story. The relationship was good, and Mr. Helmerichs did at least an adequate job teaching. In fact, his direct manager Stacy Huang testified in Tainan District Court on 26 Nov 2018 that Mr. Helmerichs did a good job teaching until, and including, his last day of work on 20 Jan 2018.
Sesame Street English fired Mr. Helmerichs because Mr. Helmerichs insists to ask the public for help to restore his reputation in Canada. Sesame Street managers feared that clients would leave the school if any discovered their beloved teacher (clients insisted that Mr. Helmerichs teach their Winter Camp 2018 course despite requesting time-off for his honeymoon) was imprisoned in Canada. Managers Stacy Huang and Denise Xu are heard explaining this fear to Mr. Helmerichs in an audio-recording dated 28 Dec 2017 (Tainan City prosecutors, and the government Labor Affairs Office, the local Legal Aid Foundation, as several lawyers, as well as the department of Social Education have all received this information with links to the recordings, transcripts, and email evidence).
For the past year and a half, the Taiwan prosecutors, and the Tainan City government, have only tried to cover up the binding legal agreement which Sesame Street English entered under Taiwan Civil Code Article 153. The agreement began after Mr. Helmerichs told Sesame Street managers why he has a criminal record on 20 May 2017, and the school hide the criminal record from its clients even now).
If Sesame Street managers believed that Mr. Helmerichs is mentally ill, or delusional, or somehow guilty of crimes in Canada, then the managers clearly violated the spirit of Taiwanese constitutional rights of every Sesame Street client to be free from harm. The Constitution directly extends to the Labor Standards Act, which has definite articles preventing school from violating Taiwan's Criminal Code Article 339.4 (fraud, which is exactly what Sesame Street, and Kang Ning University thereafter, did by falsifying teacher qualifications for want of more revenue from clients).
Conversely, if Sesame Street managers truly believed what Mr. Helmerichs told them in the meeting of 20 May 2017 (audio recording and transcript available on PDF pages 169-209 in the 288-page book linked below, page 200 bearing the necessary evidence that Mr. Helmerichs clearly confirmed having a criminal record in Canada), then Sesame Street only had the legal authority to hire Mr. Helmerichs on human rights grounds. With enough public awareness, TAHR and the government of Taiwan, must assist Mr. Helmerichs to restore his name in Canada, and both Sesame Street and Mr. Helmerichs would be exonerated of breaking inconsistent Taiwan statutes according to Taiwan Constitution Article 171. When the initial part of this story is complete, Mr. Helmerichs will have no criminal record in Canada, being exonerated in Canada following careful investigation of the 666-page book submitted to the Law Society Of Ontario, linked below.
This story is difficult to believe. For example, how can Mr. Helmerichs be so sure of its outcome? Actually, the question of personal belief is really only the problem of the accusers. And TAHR recently became an accuser.
TAHR claims the Canadian portion of the story amounts to nothing more than a simple labor dispute between Mr. Helmerichs and The Mormon Community Of Christ in Canada. Why Ms. E-ling Chiu of TAHR would make such a statement must be of misunderstanding since Mr. Helmerichs was never an official member of a church that sells workshops to brainwash future Mormons into tithing ten percent of their income to the church (the church takes Biblical Deut 14:22-28 entirely out of context and implies that a monetary organization is somehow able to remain holy while at the same time declining to support Miracle U--talk to minister Kris Judd about their fraudulent "Good Sense Budge" budget workshops for that point).

As this story continues, TAHR will find that more prominent government individuals become directly involved. There is no real way to stop this inevitable story, nor should anyone want to. The natural outcome is directly worldwide sustainable peace. If Mr. Helmerichs does do it, someone else will simply come along at a future date with a similar idea and much more expeditious means, given technological improvements of flesh-computer interfaces, the current work of Elon Musk and others.
Mr. Helmerichs knows, beyond every shadow of doubt, that he is not his body. He has also personally experienced the universal mind of which he speaks. He understands how inspiration works, and has the ability to produce and logical, and if necessary scientific, answer to every question. Mr. Helmerichs has every bit of knowledge necessary to rid the world of the effect of droughts, and stop every argument about God. In effect, this story unites science, religion, and politics by abolishing all confusion about their difference.
Take, for example, gold, Period Table element Au, aurum. We've been able to synthetically produce diamonds, which are naturally produced with the right mixture of free electrons in the magma soup of protons and neutrons under same pressure, volume, and temperature conditions. The principle of sonic resonance allows us to shatter glass, as well as separate protons from the nuclei of larger items, or splice unbalanced smaller atoms. It's only a matter of personal belief to apply the principle to the making of gold, or any other element. How do you think we invented the H-bomb, or keep adding elements to the Periodic Table? Brut force isn't the only way to build a thing.
Miracle U is designed to exist on its own plot of land. Ownership is afforded the name Rene Helmerichs. That means that Rene Helmerichs writes the law book for the country to host the unique university. Since no currently country can be expected to simply give away land for the creation of a new country, Mr. Helmerichs designed a story, with the help of the one mind which all share, to argue Canada out of its authority over as much landmass as we require for the global sustainability initiative.
A perk of attending a truly inspired creation is absent of the need for worry. Miracle University will be able to pay its students a stipend to cover the cost of daily living while attending the university. Upon graduation, students have the choice to retain employment positions with the university. The design allows graduates to become diplomats for all countries of the world, completely separate from any political birth allegiances implied in citizenship to one country or another. All things are open to discussion, and the graduate is free to leave at any time without penalty or punishment.
The coming age of completely public lives ensures graduates remain honest, honed to the singular principle of always endeavouring to adhere to the principle of global sustainability with harm to none. Not every mind, and in fact very few minds, will be self-controlled enough to maintain a life always open to complete public scrutiny, and that alone will restrict the graduates of the school to exactly the perfect number. In addition to diplomatic keenness, graduates will also retain the link to our common inspiration for development of scientific advances beyond any currently imaginable. It's essentially designed to be the University for Universities, as well as extra-terrestrial partnerships and ambassadorships. The entire scope of this project simply cannot be relayed in an introductory letter.
The mechanics of arguing the United Kingdom out of its authority over land intended for Miracle U (YOU are a miracle!) is sketched out in the short introduction, the 4-page summary, of the 666-page book "The Choice." It's also been embedded in various other legal documents.
The Canadian government, especially Ontario Superior Court judge Mr. Gregory Mulligan, case file C-13-205-SR at Barrie in June 2014, knew exactly what Mr. Helmerichs is trying to do. Mr. Mulligan stated the expressions "it's over the top" and "this will make good material for your book later" onto the recording during the June 2014 trial. He'd made the second comment after denying Mr. Helmerichs to the right to submit the crucial 4 Sept 2012 Barrie, Ontario, police report (author: detective Mr. Brian Read, included in the 666-page book), after assuring Mr. Helmerichs that the jury can receive the report.
Mr. Mulligan, and prosecutor Ms. Kathryn Hull, allowed two key Mormon witnesses, the Minister Mr. Matthew Swain and ex-treasurer Natalie Yewchyn (now called Kalloway) to commit perjury in their oral June 2014 testimony, and then denied Mr. Helmerichs the necessary attention to four crucial errors in law which Mr. Helmerichs submitted in writing to the record of the C-13-205-SR case file at Barrie on 30 June 2014. The 666-page book is also a public demand to The Law Society Of Ontario to investigate their actions.
According to Article 18.8 of Taiwan's Immigration Act, Mr. Helmerichs was not allowed to entire Taiwan on 30 Dec 2015. The only exception is a claim for asylum under religious or political protection.
If the Taiwan government continues to allow Tainan City prosecutors to wrongly accuse Mr. Helmerichs of slandering and extorting money from Sesame Street English, the Mr. Helmerichs will again be found wrongly guilty of a crime which he did not commit. Mr. Helmerichs must then leave Taiwan. At that point, it will be too late the save the international reputation of Taiwan.
Right now, we can still preserve Taiwan's drive for international respect. This argument can collapse today, but we need to work together.
Taiwan Sesame Street managers can admit wrongdoing, and we can all agree that a simple misunderstanding occurred. To evidence a healed relationship, the three managers can be fired from Sesame Street and left to find other work in any number of other English schools in Taiwan (Stacy can stay, for her 26 Nov 2018 testimony). No criminal charges need be pressed if Sesame Street enters a marketing agreement with Mr. Helmerichs to promote the reputation of Sesame Street. Such a marketing agreement morally and ethically requires Mr. Helmerichs not to pursue criminal charges against Sesame Street managers because the ensuing publicity of criminal charges does not help Sesame Street's reputation. The marketing agreement is crucial to save the reputation of Sesame Street in Taiwan. By the way, do they have a copyright agreement with U.S.A.'s Sesame Street?
Should Sesame Street not agree, they can accuse Mr. Helmerichs of being the biblical destroyer? It'll only help market this story. Mr. Helmerichs is currently drafting a formal, and legal, submission to the government of Tainan City to revoke the licensing registration of all Tainan City Sesame Street branches according to their very own Labor Standards Act. In time, the three managers can still be charged, and face a public inquiry, while no marketing agreement exists with Mr. Helmerichs.
If Taiwan officials continue to remain silent, or prosecutors continue false accusations against Mr. Helmerichs, then the international reputation of Taiwan falls. China did give a written statement in its August 2018 defence report about intending to overthrow Taiwan by the year 2020. The international community can have no argument against China if China files international litigation against all allies of Taiwan while Taiwan blatantly permits its municipal governments to administer corruption
Taiwan's anti-corruption law defines corruption as any intentional misuse of public resources, which definitely includes not conducting criminal investigations where one is both requested and absolutely necessary to stop ongoing fraud at major Taiwan businesses: Sesame Street English and Kang Ning University, to mention but two.
"The Choice" is left the courts of those named in this letter. Chose your actions wisely? If you're still thinking about how best to act, please consider that your actions, or your inactions, decide the future arrangement of words on the pages of yearly updates to this story, also in book form, also to be sold on the internet and marketed to prospecting book and movie produces worldwide.
Whether Canada grants funds to Mr. Helmerichs for three years of solitary confinement and forced medical tyranny (torture according to the international definition of the word), or money comes from book sales, movie rights, or crowd source funding, does not matter. Miracle University is a clean idea that benefits all, and offers a unique solution in world riddled with obstinate Human Rights advocates who promote their organizations as something special and exclusive.
Our one mind is "not exclusive". "Not exclusive" means that psychiatrists will find Mr. Helmerichs hears no special voices, has no special insight, doesn't rely on special psychic messages, and works with nothing that isn't completely, openly, and freely available to all equally.
With Me, or against me. Ontario prosecutor Ms. Kathryn Hull, on the record of a bail review hearing at some point along this epic saga, tried to imply mental dysfunction at capitalized the word "Me" when everyone capitalizes the word "I" to remind us of our tie to GOD, and the fact that "am" isn't the same as "is" and "are", but always used in the exact same way as we use "is" and "are".
FFIP is with Christ by default. With enough publicity, they'll simply bestow Mr. Helmerichs the copyright to A Course In Miracles since a) they can't legally claim that it wasn't His all along--but we can be pleasant about it and help each other collapse the need for time a bit faster if we work together to official share our common goal on the intent in every personal way imaginable, and b) the book isn't actually necessary to for any official school graduating teachers of a book that teaches people not to use books for living insight gained from a freely available eternal mind. Joke's on them.
Convents Watch: Mr. Helmerichs has your oral agreement from 21 Oct 2019 audio-recorded, as should you for the recording devices that were in the room at the Grand Hotel in Taipei that day. I expressed explicit cordial agreement to share exactly the revelation contained between the lines of the words in this letter.
TAHR, FIDH: are you with Us (Me and me as a singular entity) or with your personal ideas of God in absence of helping Mr. Helmerichs? It's been said that bad news travels faster than good, in the end, both serve the same purpose. How others will perceive you beyond the physical passings of your current members is entirely up to your elite to decide. A poor choice may result on a significant decrease to your operational budgets in years to come. That's not a threat, it's a natural result of clinging to false ideals when your ideals purport to advocate for Universal Human Rights, as you had in the 40th Annual EXCLUSIVE Human Rights Conference at the Grand Hotel in Taiwan, from which you had both distinctly, and intentionally, booted quite possibly the world's most aggressive Human Rights advocate.
Mr. Helmerichs intends to forward the email to the Tainan City government to you once it's translated and submitted. Should Change.org continue to block or delete petition updates at http://talk2dream.com then the link will simply be reassigned to a better petition provider, and the update posted at the link despite the attempt to stop it.

And the Exodus, by the way, wasn't out of Egypt, it was to Egypt begun about 20k years ago from the Europe-sized landmass which we accidentally destroyed over-tapping the earth for geothermal energy. Effectively free limitless electricity will be gained from the suns in times to come, as will the ability for physical regeneration chambers to prolong our physical life spans back into the four figures of years as we indeed once had. Mr. Helmerichs recalls being told to lead the Biblical Exodus, and he wasn't happy about it because the local custom placed the most prestige, honour, an instilled belief, on maintaining the small temple at the top of the hill a few miles from the larger southern city. If you'll read the last verses of the Book Of Exodus, you'll also find that Moses followed a cloud with navigational and directional control that made no noise but shone light all night, for the many years of the walk, and any craft that can cloak itself in water vapour can certainly part shallower waters for the 2 million enslaved souls.
