This appeal is submitted to The Republic Of China Tainan City District Prosecutor's Office on 23 Jan 2019. I the first decision is dated 14 Jan 2019. I received the 14 Jan 2019 letter for case file 107年度偵字第18852號 on 16 Jan 2019. Prosecutors only met me once for this case. The original incident occurred on 4 July 2018. This is a case of ongoing destruction of my reputation. It is directly preventing me from obtaining legal work in Taiwan. This is a constitutional issue. The reader should ask, "Why is it common practice for the Taiwan government to permit corruption in The Republic Of China?"

On 22 Jan 2019 I met with lawyer 黃聖珮女士. The lawyer explained that prosecutors are trying to protect the defendants. Specifically, the lawyer said that the prosecutors do not consider the defendants as the main party. Prosecutors listed that as a reason for not ensuring justice.

This case is growing into a national security risk for Taiwan. Prosecutors who assist companies to destroy my reputation should be fined, fired, and barred from practicing law.

The lawyer also said that the defendants were only responsible for completing the paperwork. However, the paperwork is precisely the issue! The paperwork evidences that the Legal Aid Decision Committee on 4 July 2018 began spreading false information about me. The committee claims that I am guilty of sex crimes in Canada. The information is completely false. I began this story on 3 Sept 2012 when I asked a police officer to arrest me so that I can unite the Christian churches and advocate for international justice without harm!

I walked to Johnson's Beach in Barrie, Ontario. Coincidentally, police officer Douglas Henderson arrived less than a minute later. He was on a routine patrol. I showed him 3.5 grams of marijuana and asked him to arrest me. I specifically told him that I am asking to be arrested for an international "joke book" (it's not really a joke) to help the honest churches. He radioed the police station and discovered that I was never in jail. He did not want to arrest me, but I insisted. He explicitly told me that I am under arrest for possession of marijuana. I never received a criminal trial for the allegations. I was a college professor. I decided to write a story about life to build a university since the world is really just a very large political game. Police changed the story the very next day. Police tried to make me look crazy. On 4 Sept 2012, a fraudulent police detective wrote that police suspect me of making bombs! I spent the next 3 years arguing with prosecutors from solitary confinement in prison. Mormons began spreading false rumours to conceal a fraudulent money pyramid in their church. A Mormon minister claimed that I was abusing my son, and the treasurer claimed that I was stalking her. I submitted email evidence to court for case file C-13-205-SR at Barrie. The evidence demonstrates that the Mormon treasurer and minister lied. The judge did not allow me to submit the police report at the June 2014 trial. The 4 Sept 2012 police report suggests that Canadian police fabricate evidence. The report also shows that I was arrested twice for the same false allegation, which is supposed to be illegal in Canada. Police punished me the first time without giving me a criminal trial. That means the whole case for C-13-205-SR is illegal. I was arrested a third time on 13 July 2014 because I tried to advertise this story on the internet! On 3 July 2015, I asked an Ontario, Canada, judge to help me demonstrate that psychiatrists in Canada fabricating false courtroom testimony. Psychiatrists in Canada refuse to audio record their investigations. The court has an audio record, but psychiatrists can imprison individuals indefinitely without a recording. Accused individuals are never able to demonstrate that psychiatrists lie. The psychiatrist on 3 July 2015 told the court that he is afraid other people will discover what he says. I did not ask to record what the psychiatrists say. I only needed the ability to demonstrate that their written records are false. I am able to demonstrate that psychiatrists give false testimony with two additional court transcripts from 5 Aug 2015 and 24 Feb 2015. A colleague of the lawyer on 22 Jan 2019 explained that I can add "the committee" as a defendant to the charge. "The committee" is legally defined as a person. The committee also includes all individuals who acted in the committee. The organization is not cooperating with justice because it does not voluntarily give me the names of the members of the committee.

Republic Of China Constitution Article 171 requires prosecutors to find the individuals responsible for a crime, and not attempt to protect the defendants.

Since prosecutors are assisting the defendants to continue to spread false information about me, the prosecutors are directly promoting ongoing destruction of my reputation.

I petition representatives for the government of The Republic Of China, every prosecutor who reads this document:

2) to stop protecting the defendants.
3) to respect that each person is equal under the law.
4) to help me permanently end the destruction of my reputation.
5) lastly, to assist me to restore my good reputation.
