康寧大學不要求老師進行犯罪記錄檢查。不遵守學費和教育法第9（4）條規定是違反國家的罪行。但是，這個案件的意思是對我個人犯下更嚴重的罪行。康寧大學直接犯下侵犯人身自由的罪行。它還對學生和教師犯下了幾起相關的罪行。
The University Of Kang Ning (UKN) does not require a criminal record check from its teachers. It is a crime against the State to not follow Tuition And Education Act 9(4) regulations. However, the point of this case is a bigger crime against me personally. The University Of Kang Ning is directly committing a crime against personal liberty. It is also committing several more related crimes against students and teachers.

涉及台灣的憲法：存在關於我的虛假謠言，因此，我在憲法上允許糾正由於虛假而發生的每一個誤解。當然，學校裡的人們都在努力做到誠實，但其經理故意侵犯了我的生命權。憲法將適用於解僱的理由。具體而言，第141和171條。
The constitution of Taiwan is involved: a false rumour exists about me, therefore, I am constitutionally permitted to correct every misunderstanding that happens as a result of the falsehood. Surely the people at the school are trying to be honest, yet its managers intentionally violate my right to life. The constitution will be applied to the grounds for dismissal. Specifically, Articles 141 and 171.

學校同意僱用我。我們特別同意共同努力幫助學校。我們同意促進學校增加學生。我們同意我會在學校教書。
The school agreed to hire me. We specifically agreed to work together to help the school. We agreed to promote the school to gain more students. And we agreed that I would teach at the school.

我提交了一份推銷學校的提案。學校管理者不相信它可以發揮作用。具體來說，有幾個學生向我抱怨學校欺負學生。學校善舉誘使學生陷入金融陷阱，然後鼓勵學生違法以支付學費。我建議一種方法來幫助學校和學生。
I submitted a proposal to market the school. School managers do not believe that it can work. Specifically, several students complained to me that the school bullies students. The school acts kindly to lure students into a financial trap, and then encourages students to break the law to pay the school. I suggested a way to help both the school and students.

學校拒絕了我保證學生學費的提議，這意味著，學校更傾向於強迫（欺負）學生進行非法活動，而不是接受和平（互利）的結果！因此，學校管理者打破了學校公開宣傳的學生的標準。
The school rejected my offer to guarantee student fees, which means, the school prefers to coerce (bully) students into illegal activity rather than accept a peaceful (mutually beneficial) outcome! The school managers, therefore, break the very standard for the students the school publicly advertises.

學校聘請我教書，我開始為學校做市場。如果我停止現在正在做的事情，它會對我自己的聲譽和信譽產生負面影響。我在做什麼直接支持台灣。此外，學校管理人員現在破壞（犯罪誹謗）我在談話和寫作方面的聲譽。
The school hired me to teach and I began to market for the school. If I stop what I am doing now, it negatively affects my own reputation and credibility. What I am doing directly supports Taiwan. Additionally, school managers now undermines (criminal slander) my reputation in conversation and writing.

學校沒有考慮營銷建議。這個想法比他們想像的要大。學校似乎不願意考慮一個直接使國際行政院（台灣）受益的想法。
The school did not consider the marketing proposal. The idea is bigger than they can imagine. The school seems unwilling to consider an idea that also directly benefits The Executive Yuan (Taiwan) internationally.

I petition the court for assistance to help ensure just honesty, and to help all students.

我還請求法院命令學校核實所有現任教師最近都有最近的犯罪記錄檢查。如有必要，讓政府調查記錄，或保留記錄。這已經是台灣的法律，但學校拒絕遵守這項規定。學校管理人員目前能夠將該規定用於個人政治利益。這是一種欺詐形式。我們正在阻止後來的法庭案件核實所有現任教師確實提交了最近的犯罪記錄。
I also petition the court to order the school to verify that all current teachers have a recent criminal record check on file. If necessary, have the government investigate the records, or keep them. This is already law in Taiwan, but the school has refused to follow the regulation. School managers are currently able to use the regulation for personal political gain. That is a form of fraud. We are preventing later court cases to verify that all current teachers did submit a recent criminal record check.

本案的目的是解決危害自由的罪行。同樣的罪行正在嚴重影響我的生活，因為它阻止我在台灣工作。
The purpose of this case is to address the crime against liberty. The same crime is currently seriously affecting my life because it prevents me from gaining work in Taiwan.

最重要的是，我很高興有機會向您解釋為什麼您認為我不能保證學生費用，以及為什麼您不願意考慮這樣的想法是可能的。然後你可以向法庭解釋你拒絕提問的原因，但是假設你無視那些只是試圖幫助你的人，這是完全正確的。您是否知道與那些看起來太盲目而無法正確管理自己職位的人交談是多麼累人？
Most of all, I welcome the opportunity for you to explain to me precisely why you think that I cannot guarantee student fees, and why you are unwilling to even consider the idea that such a thing is possible. And then you can explain to the court why you refused to ask questions, but assume that you are magically correct to ignore someone who was only trying to help you. Have you any idea how tiring it is to talk to people who just seem too blind to administer their own positions properly?
有些人在最後一個翻譯中迷失了方向，但即使從另一方面來看，這個含義仍然有效。當一個人提倡雙方和中間人時，這就是生活。如果這是一個誤解，請請求法院的第二次調解。
Some got lost in translation on that last one, but even from the flip side the meaning is still valid. Such is life when one advocates for both sides, and the middleman. If this is a misunderstanding, please request a second mediation of the court.
