Priscilla Beaulieu Presley has been using the Presley  name for over 5 decades, even though she and Elvis Presley were married less than 5 years, She has used the name Presley for attention and financial gain since the death of her ex husband Elvis Presley in 1977. She sold all rights to the Presley name to Authentic Brands Group nearly 20 years ago, she shouldn't be allowed to use it.

When Elvis and Priscilla divorced in 1972, Priscilla chose to go back to using  her maiden name Beaulieu so she could "make it on her own" but after Elvis died in 1977 she went back to using the last name Presley because the name Beaulieu wasn't famous or well known and the Presley name was famous and by using it she could play the "Widow" eventho they had been divorced for years and only communicated because they shared a child together.

If you take away Priscillas ability to use the Presley name you can prevent her from profiting from Elvis and Lisa Marie Presley.

Priscilla should be banned from using the last name Presley because she uses it to bash elvis and his family which not only damages his image and legacy but it damages the image and legacy of his daughter Lisa Marie who sadly isn't here to defend herself and her father against Priscillas lies. When Priscilla uses the Presley name to lie and trash Elvis Presley shes hurting Elvis Presley Enterprises and Elvis Presleys granddaughters and only heirs Danielle Riley Keough and Harper and Finley Lockwood.
