It seems apparent that the planning application has no road traffic assessment which ( according to the drawings and the planning proposal) should be included.

I have contacted BCC requesting copies of this assessment and also Cllr Ken Wood for help obtaining this illusive assessment.......

I await eagerly for a response. 

They also seem to of forgotten public footpaths merging onto this junction.
