The Mead that all Chillicothe residents remember and love is set to be turned into an artificial intelligence data center, which will decimate our environment and basically deplete and poison our water.  Before we know it, once this place moves in, we will no longer be able to take showers, turn our lights on, nor will we be able to afford to stay in OUR town, where all of our family is from!  Not only will this destroy our tourist appeal, but it will create a loud humming noise that will be able to be heard from multiple city blocks away, which will disrupt our natural wildlife and, in turn, take part in ruining our ecosystem.  It will consume millions of gallons of water daily, draw massive amounts of power, which our town will not be able to handle, and will force your bills to skyrocket.  Jobs will become even more scarce, it will create both noise and air pollution, and force our quality of life to plummet.  

This will not "create billions in revenue for our town".  It will, in fact, line the pockets of pre-existing billionaires, and create an even further gap between poverty and wealth classes.  The creation of datacenters, combined with high usage of AI, is also confirmed to raise temperatures across the globe and make climate change progress even faster and more dangerously.  Our town will only be worth something to billionaire investors who care nothing about our quality of life or environment.  

Even if this brings us 100 new jobs, we will still lose thousands.  Small businesses will suffer as loads of people move away, and nobody will want to move here.  Our historic downtown will house little to no stores, due to the lack of tourists willing to visit.  An eyesore will be added to our town, and people will be stuck here who cannot afford to get out.  This will not cause our worth to go up, it will take a nose dive.  Nobody will want to live here.

Other towns have experienced similar "plans", such as Henrico County's school staff in Virginia, which publicized that they had been repeatedly asked to turn off their lights, to conserve energy for the multiple datacenters in their county.  School facilities are going to rise by nearly 25% starting July 1st, and will add another $5 million in the next fiscal year.  We, the people, have already seen what this exact "positive momentum" has done to other cities, and it has absolutely ruined them.

In Moreno's words, "Positive momentum continues".  Positive momentum to ruin our entire city.  Which clearly must be the wonderful plan (joke)  here.  "Billions of dollars in potential investment to Ross County" is the punchline.  These “investments” involve running people out of town once it’s inhabitable.
