The community is concerned with the over building of our neighborhoods. With the change in the building codes, allowing multiple units in a single family area, it is becoming problematic. The amount of cars, a minimum of 2 cars per unit, has an extreme affect to each neighborhood. That is not even addressing the visitor parking. The other aspects of multi family units that affect the neighborhoods are the water needs, electrical needs and safety concerns. The environmental issues are another concern. With high density projects the quality of life needs to be addressed. Green Space, water needs and how it will affect the neighbors in the area.

If we lose, the traffic in our area would become a nightmare. And our homes would be worth less. Residential areas need to be protected.
