But we aren't surprised this petition is getting spread so far and wide. The offshore drilling plan from Washington D.C. is so bad it's hard not to shout it from the rooftops to warn your neighbors to tell their neighbors and so on. Since our group's advocacy and outreach are heavily concentrated in California that should be taken into consideration when making comparisons with other states.
