The Issue

I have been a victim of negligence while under sedation in an NHS theatre, but i was left unattended when sedated when awaiting surgery when the hospital bed collapsed. I fell headfirst to the floor, suffering multiple injuries to both shoulders being dislocated and both feet braking bones, along with £30,000 worth of dental damage via nhs can be cheaper with none nhs other dental organisations this happened as i had breathing equipment in my mouth when i fell shattering roots of teeth which lead to losing alot of teeth. I've even had one consultant say about magical dust as terminology then they followed it up with a letter. Everything mentioned in this petition can be confirmed with real data and the victims of all ages.

Some of the worse cases ive heard to date is of victims of all ages from new born babies to elderly being treated in corridors as this happens to a range of all ages of people and from all different backgrounds. I've also worked very closely with a number of charities that deals with medical accidents and negligence and there are multiple victims to this similar harm and their data being manipulated to hide the truth to what actually happened no one is safe from this behaviour that the NHS can legally do with your data and at there own will.

Change can only happen if we all stand together and become one. don't let it only matter when it happens to you or your loved ones as then it maybe to late and all the data has been manipulated to hide the key facts of what's really happened.

Such a traumatic event was only exacerbated by the hospital's data manipulation to conceal their accountability. This has not merely affected me physically but also emotionally and financially, leaving me with a deep sense of distrust in the NHS reporting system, which many of us rely on for transparent and accountable healthcare.

There are thousands of other victims to this data breach every year and needs to come to an end so we all get a better and fair service from the people we are meant to trust with our health care conditions.

Data manipulation in healthcare settings is a significant concern that extends beyond personal incidents. According to reports, there have been increasing instances where the NHS allegedly alters data to hide surgical mishaps or injuries. This practice undermines public trust and could potentially lead to more harm if not addressed. Accurate data is crucial for improving healthcare quality, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining transparency. Only through truthful and accurate reporting can the NHS learn from mistakes and prevent similar incidents in the future as there are 1000s of victims that face this fraudulent behaviour from the people we put our lifes in trust of when sedated.

The solution is simple, yet profound. The NHS must establish rigorous oversight mechanisms to ensure data fidelity. Implementing independent audits of surgical procedures and patient outcomes can curb the potential for data tampering. A transparent process, where patients have access to accurate information regarding their procedures, will foster trust and accountability.

By signing this petition, you are advocating for transparency, truth, and improved patient safety within the NHS. Together, we can encourage a system where data reflects reality, not a sanitized version hiding the truth. Let us hold the NHS accountable to ensure no more patients suffer through data manipulation post-surgery. Sign this petition to demand change now.
