Petunia the brown and white Pittie is dead. She was "humanely euthanized " per the basic form letter from Director Don Winstel . I bet she had a muzzle, and that long choke hoop over her neck and was dragged down the hallway . There is nothing "humane" about being put to death, they are afraid, they can smell death in that room, and then wrapped in plastic and refrigerated . Molly the all brown Pittie mix, on the last Petition Update , she is dead too.
