The concerned Citizens of Columbus ,  Ohio  care about  the  dogs who enter The Franklin  County  Dog  Shelter  & Adoption  Center . We are concerned  about  the  welfare; adoption practices; health; care; behavior  assessments;  of family  pets, and strays, owner surrender dogs in the care of FCDS . Franklin  County  Dog  Shelter . And  policies that create barriers to adoption, by labels such as "Rescue  Only"; and microchip , licensed Family  Pets, not getting  proper Owner  notification  before  being adopted or euthanized  while in the custody  of  the  FCDS . 

   Allegedly  any retaliation  against  any person, persons, or Dog Rescue Groups who have voiced any complaints or criticism  of  Franklin  County  Dog  Shelter ; such as public  protest; Facebook  posts; is in direct  violation  of  The  People's  Right  to  Free  Speech . Commonly  known as "First Ammendment  retaliation , " towards individuals  and  or Rescue  groups who  have concerns  about  the  Franklin  County  Dog  Shelter  & Adoption  Center , and  we will  attempt  to  get  the  Rescues ; position  back  in  place  at the  FCDS .
