Is poor ten months old MARLEY going to pay with her life? Because , Franklin County Dog Shelter didn't adequately screen a adoption person? Do we care if just anyone can walk in and adopt a dog? Is there a Basic check on Do not Adopt ? The computer list? The dog fighting people , dog flippers? Tell Don Winstel the Director why MARLEY doesn't get a death sentence , for a failed adoption .
