Just a few points you may want to consider...
Avoid sharing Good information in large groups of people, some of which, you may be unfamiliar with. This is because some of your information could be being feed back to the developer by some individuals. This would give the developer a chance to add documents to counter your points. Remember this is about money!
Strong Points
I suggest if you have some strong information / documents, relating to stopping these developments, you may want to hold off sending them to PEDW until closer to the objection deadline dates. Again this is to give the developer less of a chance to counter your points.
Third Party template Objections
I know its tempting to use a template objection that is pre written. But, if you do this, make sure you send it yourself, from your own email by copying and pasting the points ( not sending through a button or link ) This will ensure you know the objection will be sent to the right place and not wasted.
How to Object:-
I know some of you may not of made an objection before. So for the people that haven't, here is the main points to consider..
PEDW ( Planning & Environment Decisions Wales ) will be making the decisions of the developments for Mynydd Maen Mountain.
You Can send you objections in writing or email
Send to PEDW Objection Email address:- PEDW.infrastructure@gov.wales
Add the reference number to the development to your email
Add the name of the inspector viewing the development
Make your points / objections...if you have a report you can send it in an email format or attach it as a PDF file. You can also send screen shots / photos. If you send lots of files make sure you add a contents section for the inspector to reference.
If you think of more points after you have sent some, you can send more, as long as it's within the time before the deadline!
Add you full name and address / contact details. Your objections will be uploaded to the PEDW casework website. If you don't want your name and address displayed, just add a note at the bottom to request that this is left off. Or you can leave your name but request your address is left off.

Reminder of whats currently going on...
Pennant Walters 4 turbine wind Farm ( ref number CAS-02114-J9X4S6 ) on Trecelyn side of our Mountain- This has had an objection stage and we are now waiting for the developer to add more missing information. The developers deadline is up in Wednesday 30th April 2025. This may result in another public objection stage.
Cenin Cil Lonydd 92 Acre Solar Farm ( ref number CAS-02446-R8X8W2 ) Inspector is H Davies :- In a second public objection stage. The deadline is up on Monday 05th May 2025. This is related to the (new developer documents only) added the PEDW casework website since the last objection stage.
