We want to stop the murder or displacement of Ukrainians asap as a result of the brutal and vicious war now being waged by the Russians under Vladimir Putin. 

To that end we petition the American people and United States government headed by President Joe Biden to immediately stop the importation of all Russian oil resources into the U.S.

Russia derives about 40% of its total revenues from the export of its oil resources which amounts to approximately 700 million dollars per day much of which is being used to fuel this barbarous war.

The sooner we cut off their oil revenues the sooner we can stop this atrocious war and the murdering of thousands of innocent civilians and children.

To facilitate this process we call on President Biden and the U.S government to immediately make fully available all U.S oil and energy resources and the Keystone pipeline which will allow us to be completely independent of Russian oil and thus enable us to stop the import of their oil resources asap.

As long as the Russians have enough revenues, Putin will relentlessly drive them to mercilessly continue this destructive and murderous war against Ukraine to accomplish his aims to reestablish the Soviet Union. If he is victorious in Ukraine he will continue to destroy and swallow up other countries to meet his goals. This will also embolden China and Iran, etc.

In summary, we petition the American people and the U.S government to immediately stop the import of all Russian oil resources and to open up all U.S oil resources and the Keystone pipeline to stop the murder and displacement of the innocent Ukrainian people and their children asap.
