Dear Neighbors The Friends of Friendly Planning Committee was excited to learn yesterday evening that CZS, LLC has withdrawn their application for rezoning.  This is a great step but we’re NOT done!. We know through the attorneys that CZS will be resubmitting in September or October. This will mean an October or November hearing in front of the Zoning Commission and later in front of the City Council. We are closing this petition. Once we find out the new request, we will determine if we need to establish a new petition. [hopefully it will be single family homes :-) + no need to oppose ... yeah, not likely, but a lady can dream.] Thank you for your support, encouragement, and contributions to the effort.
