We support keeping the zoning of four acres known as lots 4000, 4004, and 4006 on Friendly Avenue as residential. We believe the proposed zoning change to multifamily by Glenn Drew and CZS Development Company will harm the character of the neighborhood. The development is contrary to the historical design and context of the neighborhood.  

We oppose the modification in any way of the current zoning from R3 to RM8 or any designation between.
