After two rescheduled meetings, the hearing for Montarise's zoning amendment application is finally here. Please plan to arrive by 5:45 for a 6:00 p.m. start time.

We learned that a big factor behind Columbia Falls' decision to reject the large River Highlands subdivision last month was because the community came out in force to voice their opposition. For us to achieve the same outcome, we need you to come to the meeting. Your voice matters!
At the meeting, we are excited to present our petition with 930+ signers who oppose Montarise. We'd like to thank everyone who has already signed it and commented. If you haven't, there's still time. Click here to sign or share it and let's get up to 1,000 signatures today.
A few things to keep in mind for tonight:
- Commenters will be allowed 3 minutes to speak.
- They are not allowing individuals to yield their time to someone else.
- If you plan to comment (and we hope you do), we encourage you to speak from your experience and with facts, when possible. Passion and emotion can have some appeal but we understand thoughtful, fact-based remarks are very impactful.
- For help with your public comment, feel free to visit our website for a list of concerns and information listed on the Fact Sheet.
- Please bring a water and plan to stay for the full meeting. It may be a late night.
