The global admired K-pop group Stray Kids has been overworked  especially Felix, led by Song Jieun. These talented young artists must not only perform their best but also endure mistreatment from their management team. The time has come to stand up for Stray Kids and demand a change in the way they are treated. 

Stray Kids are known for their dedication, passion, and extraordinary performances, consistently engaging their thousands of fans worldwide. Despite their success, they endure strenuous working conditions, including excessive working hours, mental and physical exhaustion, and disrespect from certain staff members. Such treatment not only stifles their creativity but also affects their health and well-being.

In the K-pop industry, it's common for entertainment companies to push their artists to their limits, but this cannot be an excuse to mistreat and disrespect them. Each member of Stray Kids deserves to work in an environment where they feel safe, respected, and valued.

We urge JYP Entertainment and the management team, including Song Jieun, to implement necessary reforms. This includes offering regular rest periods, ensuring a healthy work-life balance, and fostering a nurturing environment where the artists can thrive. The company should also enforce policies that prevent any form of mistreatment or harassment, providing support services for any member who may need them. They also deserve freedom.
