I have recently seen a misleading petition on an attack happening at DVMS(Diablo Vista Middle School). It says about a kid getting jumped by 5 kids and getting a broken nose and concussion. While he did get a broken nose he wasn’t jumped by 5 kids. He was also the one who started it and was the reason this happened. I’m very disappointed with the current situation. This was all given to me by my friend’s son who saw everything. If you vote for that petition you are contributing to a fake and misleading 

We are still hoping to help problems with fights but spreading this misinformation is really childish.

Even though yes hitting him was uncalled for I hope we can all agree that it was wrong on both ends. If he didn’t talk rudely about him the fight wouldn’t have happened.
