It has been bought to the attention of we the undersigned that Mr Andrew Cox CEO of the Invasive Species Council was publicly  promoting the slaughter of Brumbies in the Kosciusko National Park at the Blue Mountains Music Festival on Saturday 16th March 2024. Not only is this an extremely controversial issue but this slaughter is not supported by an increasing number of people given the evidenced fraudulent nature of the “science” behind the slaughter. The Methodology used by the NSW Government to justify this slaughter  is evidenced as flawed at TWO separate NSW Parliamentary Inquiries. 

I fully support the Blue Mountains Music Festival. It is a wonderful platform for our community, but it is not a political platform to push any political agenda by any organisation. 

Keep the hypocrites who are Andrew Cox & the Invasive Species Council away from our Music Festival & out of our Blue Mountains!!
