The UK must reject mandatory digital ID cards and wallets.

Forcing citizens to carry a digital ID everywhere is a dangerous step towards a surveillance state. Compulsory digital identification risks mass surveillance, discrimination, and exclusion of vulnerable people.

We cannot allow the government to erode our freedom and privacy under the banner of “security” or “efficiency.”

We demand:

• Full parliamentary scrutiny and open debate.
• Independent privacy and human rights impact assessments.
• A voluntary opt-in system only, with clear legal protections against misuse.
