Here’s what happened:

An archaeological survey has still not been conducted.
Two cemeteries on the property remain unmapped, including one with a deeded ¼-acre burial ground and permanent ingress/egress rights.
None of these legally significant details were identified in the application.
Luck Stone was unable to provide an updated map of the quarry when asked.
The Historical Commission deferred action on the application.
