The Issue
The Goal:
To demand an investigation into the harassment of a former employee and to highlight the misuse of legal machinery by high-profile influencers to silence common citizens.
The Story:
I am a common citizen and a former Personal Assistant to influencer Nitibha Kaul. I am currently being subjected to extreme mental and legal harassment.
After working as a PA for a stipend of ₹20k from April 2023 to August 2024, I was terminated without cause. Now, in 2026, I am being served a ₹3 Crore legal notice via Sulekha Kaul’s law firm, accusing me of "Identity Theft," "Cyber Fraud," and "Theft"—charges that are entirely manufactured to scapegoat me for a PR disaster involving her fiancé’s public records.Demanding social media apology.Why would I give when I didn't do anything.
Key Points of this Injustice:
Retaliatory Extortion: After her fiancé’s (Jai Singh Gambhir, alias Jags Bagh) alleged criminal records were discussed on Reddit and Instagram by various users, I have been falsely blamed for the leak.
Fabricated Evidence: I am being accused of creating fake accounts on Instagram which doesn't even exist circulating her fiance information to third party completely baseless allegations and sending COD orders by her team member Sana bhandari name at Nitibha kaul residence—claims that are technically impossible and designed to frame me.
Power Imbalance: A powerful influencer with a talent agency (Clout/Pocket Aces) and legal backing is targeting a low-middle-class individual whose family is currently battling critical health issues (Cancer and ILD).
Financial Discrepancies: While I am being sued for crores, there are serious questions regarding the systematic handling of brand payments and tax evasion This massive demand lends for Enforcement directorate that need investigation by the authorities.
I demand:
A fair investigation into the "Influencer Entitlement" culture where assistants are used as shields for personal scandals.
Protection for common citizens against "Legal Bullying" and extortionate demands.
An inquiry into the financial dealings mentioned to ensure transparency and tax compliance. Delhi commission for women complaint is already filed under harassment act.
