Cultural Survey’s Hawaii has requested a full new archaeological survey be done! This means permits are no longer valid! Head archaeologist on island for SHPD agrees permits no longer valid.

(Last EIS done in 1978!)

Still they are continuing to market the property for sale. They are even enticing people offering $5000 off to sign up now. Developers are trying to buy off the community proposing pay off to local schools! 

Did you know that a member of the Kauai Burial Council actually named this project for the developers?! SAD

Stop the corruption! Its time to stand up for our small community! We do not want 300 Condo units for people moving here because of Covid!
