The new parking restrictions at Scarborough & Bridlington hospitals will mean restriction of parking to particular staff groups only. This will mean many staff members will not be allowed to park at the hospital. This will lead to

1. Demoralising staff
2. Significant financial penalty to staff during a cost of living crisis
3. No garenteed parking despite cost 
4. Further difficulty in recruitment and retaining staff 
5. Frustration and anger among local residents as staff are left with no option but to park in local streets 

Sadly there is no benefit to any staff from the proposed changes and we only have 4 weeks to make our opinion heard.
