Stop ICE and prevent genocide in the United States of America

The Issue

A Genocide  is occuring in America as we speak. The United States is currently experiencing six out of ten stages of genocide such as discrimination, dehumanization, classification, polarization, persecution and extermination.Following the presidential election of 2025 these stages of genocide began to rise  consistantly, since then they have continued. Not just against illegal immigrants but also people here legally. Many different  people are being affected in wide ranges from schools to detainees and the community itself.

The moment children walk into school at a young age they see bright colors and photos of children holding hands around the world. They were promised peace. However staff, students and adults begin to worry. At valley view Minnesota Pbs took a deep dive into the new daily life of the  students speaking to the principal Jason Kuhlman. “our kids start noticing the empty chairs. It's consistent and the staff start getting anxious because they know what happened." Valley View states People in the neighborhood are starting to volunteer to walk the students to their cars to insure safety for scared adults. The school is also making produce bags to send home with  immigrant families. The teachers at Valley View began to worry about the students' futures, teachers interviewed go over their concern about students at recess mistaking the whistle as a threat that ICE is here. Principal Jayson Kuhlman states  “I think the trauma is already there.” “the hardest thing is the helplessness we can't stop the abduction. What we can do is help pick up

the pieces.” This is the view inside of the school, children watch and learn by observing around them. The children began to worry.Additionally the change in people's lives doesn't just stop there.

In June of 2025 detainees were sent to Alligator Alcatraz, a detention center in Florida. The conditions were inhumane according to formal alcatraz detainees. CNN interviewed a few men. One being Gonzalo Almanza Valdes “its thirty two people per cell or cage because this is a cage strapped with zip ties.” Inside the cell it is revealed to only have three toilets shared by several men and the lights are on for every hour of the night, most men not being able to sleep. Roger Moreno speaks about conditions during rain fall “when it rains toilets overflow and the cells we are in fill up with sewage.” Detainees also report they don't know what time it is Juan

Martenes speaks over his situation “I no longer know when it is daytime or when it is night time. I dont sleep its affecting me mentally and phisically.” Inside the tent air conditioning is scarce and multiple mosquitoes flood in.The men also describe lack of food and barely enough water. With constant unbearable conditions like starvation and lack of sleep due to constant lighting, health will begin to plummet. People in the outside world are also  affected.

People's daily lives are also affected from fatal shootings, lost children to human right violations. Kenia Perez a widow was a mother of three who was in America legally with a valid working permit.she had no criminal record and was forcefully deported by ICE in June fourth of 2025.Leaving her three children behind the older brother later joining her through self deportation. Kenia’s two youngest children are American and were separated along with 14 year old issac. Issac wasn't able to bring his siblings because they didn't have a passport. Kenia wanted to have her children have a safe life in America. where she's from there are high rites of violence. Kenia struggled getting an American passport for her kids. Six year old febe and 9 year

old Angelo was separated from their mother for three months. There are many stories like Kenia's story at least 2,654 children have been separated from their guardians due to ice and governmental policies. Additionally, The stories don't just stop with lost children and don’t stop for children there. On March eleventh of 2025 Tennessee released a bill that could take away education for migrant children. Recently the bill has been reviewed again scheduled for review on March 4rth of 2026. chip roy says that “for illegal alien children the supreme court says we have to fund education for them. The fact the matter is that it is a massive tax burden for people of Texas." Roy also says he does not “believe that the constitution requires the state of Texas to fund it.” The bill can not only take away education for immigrant children but also makes the school board able to rat out these students to law enforcements. In 1982 a supreme court case ensured that all children regarding immigrant status has a right to education.
