Since a few weeks and month two rooms / flats are empty , so that the rooms/ apartments could be used by H. Fils (Eigenbedarfskündigung / complaints ) , e.g. the "office for rent" used by Dr. Fils as described by the advocats ( complaints ) could be moved to the small room , so that the old lady would have another free room in her 2 floor apartment for her nurse helper ( 24hour service) . No activities were made ( unfortunately) by the family or landlord -lady or advocates , although I already send a friendly reminder . More changes happened ,e.g. : a nurse died , another person is not working anymore in the household of H. Fils , empty rooms were not used although they claimed that they urgently need them , and much more . ..The investigation ( prosecutor) is still ongoing , the president of the courts were informed regulary , 3 years of terror .to my burden.. far too much .... !
