I am getting 10-20 calls everyday to reactivate Hathway connection

 

i got Hathway connection on July 2023.

 

i had lots network problem, internet wasn’t consistent and there were lots of poor customer service response

 

fed up with their service , I disconnected Hathway and moved to new other service providers

 

the harassment and abuse of Hathway to me started that day,

 

I started getting 10-20 calls everyday to reactivate Hathway, even if I explain them the problem I faced and that I don’t want connection with them, I still got calls.

 

 

I sent mail to below appellate authority and any other customer help desk email I could find, still no use

The above emails were no use, I still got calls, some Saturdays I got call every 15 mins once, if I put my phone in dnd , I got more than 50 calls a day

 

it was pure mental frustration, they are using automated calling service to call me and spam me, if I am not taking call, then they called relentlessly and tortured me

 

i tried searching trai website, but no use, the appellate authority of Hathaway was the final place to get help
