I managed to find information on Greenstone Entertainments own website which states 

• Locals tickets went on sale in Queenstown and Tāupo only from the 19th of July
• I also sourced a rates letter from Hamilton City Council dated 19th OF OCTOBER which was the first time this locals discount had been advertised.

There was nothing published or advertised through the Hamilton City Council Facebook page in relation to the Summer Concert Tour at the Claudelands Oval. 

There were no updates regarding the Summer Concert Tour on the Hamilton City Council Website under the Arts and Culture tab
