This is a petition to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to hold Israel and United States governments accountable for genocide of over 35,000 indigenous Palestinians and to assert their rights of freedom, safety,  and self determination.  Israel’s occupation of native Palestinian lands is funded and armed by the United States in this brutal program to eradicate Palestinians from their indigenous lands for profit as well as for political leverage in the region.

There exists a worldwide recognition among all types of people: Jews, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, atheists, students, academics, activists, everyday civilians, families and celebrities that Israel’s illegal ethnic cleansing of Palestinians must be stopped immediately and there’s undeniable and urgent need of a free and independent Palestinian state for the safety and well being of the Palestinian people.

Israel and the United States  do not have the right to commit war crimes in the name of their citizens & residents who stand in open opposition to genocide.  The countries who stand to benefit from this genocide do not have the right to: misrepresent their own actions nor misrepresent the actions of those in opposition to them, retract civil rights of those in opposition, unlawfully censor populations, use police and military to arrest, intimidate, brutalize, murder civilians, or otherwise engage in human rights and civil rights violations.

Israel and the United States figure heads and politicians are out of control and need sanctions, arrests, repercussions immediately. Palestinians need to govern themselves and cannot be subjects of governments that seek to erase them. The ICJ ruling is not balanced and needs to fully hold the entire Israeli regime accountable and any other governments that have assisted in genocide.
