My Name is Shantell Newman I would like to be called by my middle Name Dominque. My story is impacting you because i know that other have been a victim of the police and other Public Servants have abused its powers and have victimized the communities.  Now is the Tine because the new world order has begun, and we will set the Standards on how our mental health will be affected. In 2014 I was almost murdered by All the police departments in Delaware. because a woman of the opposite color of me who was my landlord working the Govenor Husband who posed as my section 8 worker who was from the pentagon! The section 8 worker who at this time I can't say his name he is active in the office he made fake charges out on me while working with my ex-Landlord saying I came to his house to stab his tires. All this was made up because I didn't help the cops put 5 Black Men behind bars, they said committed a murder and the detective told me he would ruin my life every day. He said he would make sure they pull me over and put my license in the system to lock me up and bring me in until i help them solve an 8-year Cold case on a White man I didn't know who killed him and that's not my job it was a 50 people that testified. The didn't need me and if I did know anything that again is not my job. The Cops had an informant working with them come to find out it was my landlord she was put into perfective custody after making false claims that allowed her to use the police to Gang Stalk me. The police later tried to kill me and tried murdering my oldest son using the police car as a weapon to leave my son bleeding and Dieng out in a coma and then took him from the hospital to try and finish him off. the police have used China to hack into my TV and has hacked all electronics and some local government officials have helping a tort transfer action we need to put an end to gang Stalking it has hurt our people and know that I am not the only one.
